Spider UK Ltd offers a full refurbishment service catering for all steel wheeled waste containers. Since the recent installation of our new Blast-Room and Curing Oven we have even more of the very latest equipment available to rebuild, refurbish and rejuvenate your tired old bins.

The rejuvenation process

• Collection from your depot.
• Inspection at our facility and audit of work required.
• Removal of lid.
• Full steam cleaning of exterior and interior of container, including removal of old signage logos.
• Replacement of damaged wheels and castors or upgrading of castor sets to different specification.
• Reshaping and panel beating of deformed container body.
• Welding, with steel patchwork, of any seam splits or body punctures.
• Safety inspection to check functionality and manoeuvrability of reformed bin.
• Preparation for spray booth.
• Touching up of galvanising using silver paint.
• Full respraying, if required, up to desired colour specification using our robust and protective, high-build PU paint that satisfies EU requirements as well as being compliant with the low Volatile Organic Compounds. All solid RAL colours available.
• Replacing damaged lid or upgrading of lid to different specification.
• Assembling new lock or various other requested accessories.
• Signage logos replaced with new versions of originals or new artwork if desired.
• Final inspection of quality before dispatch.
• Returned to your depot to begin its new long life.
